我国保险业：回顾、现状与展望 卓志 (西南财经大学，四川 成都 610071) ［摘要］过去的一年，保险业在调整中发展，在发展中不断理性、规范与强大，取得的 成就是有目共睹的；在转型与快速发展的初级时期，也不能回避保险业在改革与发展中出现 和遭遇的不少新问题、新情况。按照入世承诺，我国保险市场在 2006 年将对外全面开放， 保险业的改革、开放以及做大做强业已并将进一步成为我国保险业发展的主旋律。在这保险 市场全面开放而且国民经济社会“十一五”规划全面启动这一承前启后的新的历史时刻，本 文试图先对 2005 年我国保险业发展作一简要回顾，然后探索性分析，在全球保险业格局与 背景下处于初级发展阶段的我国保险业所表现出的阶段性发展特征，并提出了我国保险业下 一步发展的趋势与方向，以及需要密切关注与研究，进而逐步解决的一些影响我国保险业发 展的重大问题和课题。 ［关键词］保险业；回顾；现状；展望 ［中图分类号］ F840 ［文献标识码］ A ［文章编号］1004-3306（2006）01-0018-04 Abstract：In the year just gone by, the insurance industry continued to develop while undergoing restructuring. In the process of securing indisputable achievements, it became more rational, more regularized and stronger. However, at the beginning of its transformation and rapid development, we cannot ignore the new questions and new issues that the insurance industry has encountered in the process of reform and development. According to China’s commitment on gaining its WTO membership, the insurance industry will be fully open to foreign countries from 2006, and reform, opening　up and growing bigger and stronger will become main themes of China’s insurance industry. At the historical turning point of full opening and the advent of the Eleventh Five　 Year Period, the article intends to make a brief overview of the development of the industry in 2005, and then tentatively analyze its features of development at this preliminary stage against the framework and background of the global insurance industry. It also points out the trend and direction of China’s insurance industry the next step and some of the major issues and topics that need to be attended to and gradually solved.
