In addition , there are unrea sonab le inve stm en t, risk a ssociated w ith schoo l - run indu strie s, studen ts m ar ket a swell a s the financial risk inheren t in the system. To guard again st and defu se financial risk s, governm en tal sup ervision shou ld be strengthened, variou s financing too ls be adop ted to avo id over - loan ing, schoo l - run in du strie s a ssociated risk be evaded and con tro ls be taken by bank s to reduce the risk. Guarding again st financial risk s is a system atic p roject, wh ich requ ire s co llective efforts of governm en ts, un iversitie s a s well a s bank s.
