摘 要 要素收入份额度量了资本和劳动要素从经济增长中获益的比例，而近三十年来要素收 入份额表现出不同于传统卡尔多认定的趋势，全球范围内要素收入分配中资本所占份额呈 现增长趋势的事实在近年来引起广泛关注，偏向型技术进步成为一个重要的解释视角。基 于技术进步非中性假设，通过测算我国2000-2010 年第一、第二和第三产业技术进步偏向 指数，验证了偏向型技术进步的存在性并探究技术进步偏向资本和偏向劳动之间的相互关 联，分析了FDI 对偏向型技术进步的直接效应和间接效应。随后，构建资本相对收入份额 方程式，并引入FDI 对要素分配份额的变化因素进行估计，发现在存在偏向型技术进步的 条件下，FDI 对资本与劳动的相对收入分配份额增长有显著的正向效应影响。最后，依据 研究结论提出改善要素分配份额的政策建议。 关键词：FDI ；偏向型技术进步；技术进步；要素分配 I Abstract Factor income share of capital and labor show the proportion benefit from economic growth. And in nearly thirty years, the trend of the factor income share is different from the trend of traditional Kaldor recognized fact. And the fact is that factor income share of capital factor is increasing growing, which has aroused widespread concern in recent years. So directed technical change becomes an important explanatory perspective. In this paper, based on the assumption of non-neutral technological change, calculates the technical change deviation index with data of the first, second and the third industry in the year of 2000-2010 in China. Which verifies the existence of directed technical change and the association between capital directed technical change and labor directed technical change. And the paper analyzes the direct effect and indirect effect of FDI on directed technical change, which establish the theoretical foundation for the relation among the FDI, directed technical change and factors allocated share in the next empirical test model. Then the paper constructs the capital relative income share equation, and estimates the influence factors about factors allocated share with the introduction of FDI.
