本 科 毕 业 论 文 题 目 上市公司的股权结构与公司绩效研究 学 院 专 业 财 务 管 理 班 级 学 号 学生姓名 指导教师 摘 要 改革开放后，中国资本市场从无到有，从小到大，经过短短二十多年的发展，上市公司已经成为我国国民经济不可或缺的重要组成部分。由于我国企业制度设计上的缺陷，其激励和约束不对称，企业经营者中存在着严重的道德风险，投资者面临高昂的代理人成本。解决这一难题，对于我国资本市场的完善以及上市公司整体管理水平的提高和可持续发展具有重要的意义。因此，本课题对于上市公司股权结构和公司绩效关系的研究具有现实意义。 本文选取宁波市所有29家上市公司为样本，采用其08、09和10年年报表财务数据，对宁波市上市公司股权结构与公司绩效的相关性关系进行实证分析，以争取能够找出股权结构与公司绩效之间的联系，从而可以为优化宁波市上市公司股权结构提出政策性建议，最终有助于宁波市以及全国其他上市公司构架合理的公司治理结构，提高企业的经营绩效，使企业效益达到最大化目标的实现。 关键词：上市公司；股权结构；股权集中度；公司绩效Abstract After the reforms, Chinas capital market from scratch, from small to large, after a short period of two decades of development, listed companies have become an indispensable part of the national economy. Chinas enterprise system as design flaws, and its asymmetric incentives and constraints, business operators there is a serious moral hazard, investors, agents face high costs. Solve this problem, for the improvement of Chinas capital markets and listed companies to improve the overall management and sustainable development is of great significance. Therefore, the subject of ownership structure of listed companies and the relationship between corporate performance has practical significance.
