中文摘要 伴随着城市化进程的加快，越来越多的土地被征收，失地农民的数量骤然上升。失地 农民由于失去土地这一宝贵的生活资料，合法权益得不到保障，他们的生活很快陷入窘境， 由于城中村改造所引发的矛盾日益凸显。在倡导要以和谐、达到共同富裕为奋斗目标的中 国，研究失地农民权益保障问题，具有重要的现实意义和理论价值。 文章分为四个部分，第一部分主要说明了研究的背景和意义。第二部分分析了城中村 改造的现状及在改造中失地农民权益流失的情况。在这部分中以广州城中村的基本情况为 例做的具体分析。第三部分中着手分析造成失地农民权益受损的原因。从土地产权制度、 土地征收制度、社会保障制度上存在的缺陷入手，找出问题症结所在。最后部分提出城中 村演进中失地农民权益的保障几点建议。着重从法律制度建设方面，试图提出一些改进和 完善的建议。 关键词：土地征收；补偿；失地农民；权益保护 ABSTRACT With the acceleration of urbanization, more and more land is levied, a sudden increase in the number of landless peasants.
