毕业论文 （20_ _届） 宁波五星级酒店实习生管理现状调查研究 摘 要 近年来，酒店作为我国的朝阳产业，遇到了人才瓶颈。国内酒店实习生管理的研究，虽然取得了诸多研究成果，但在中国特殊的文化背景与基本国情的制约下，酒店实习生管理的研究依旧较为落户。通过改善酒店实习生管理，能够在很大程度上缓解酒店业的人才压力。 本文通过收集分析国内外相关资料，以宁波五星级酒店为例，对宁波五星级酒店实习生管理现状做出研究，研究发现了其突出存在的问题，如：培训体系不完整、缺乏合理的薪酬福利、高流失率、缺少健全的实习生职业规划体系等。针对以上的问题，本文从福利待遇、工作量与工作环境、个人发展机会、人际关系等方面对相关问题进行了分析。并给出了自己的建议，建立有吸引力的薪酬体系、建立健全的实习生职业规划体制、推动大学生实习社会化，提高留职率、定期培训实习生，明确实习生发展空间等办法，为宁波酒店业提出合理建议，促进宁波酒店业的健康发展。 关键词：Abstract In recent years, as China's sunrise industry hotel, met talent bottleneck.
