毕业论文 (20_ _届) 宁波五星级酒店实习生管理现状调查研究 摘 要 近年来,酒店作为我国的朝阳产业,遇到了人才瓶颈。国内酒店实习生管理的研究,虽然取得了诸多研究成果,但在中国特殊的文化背景与基本国情的制约下,酒店实习生管理的研究依旧较为落户。通过改善酒店实习生管理,能够在很大程度上缓解酒店业的人才压力。 本文通过收集分析国内外相关资料,以宁波五星级酒店为例,对宁波五星级酒店实习生管理现状做出研究,研究发现了其突出存在的问题,如:培训体系不完整、缺乏合理的薪酬福利、高流失率、缺少健全的实习生职业规划体系等。针对以上的问题,本文从福利待遇、工作量与工作环境、个人发展机会、人际关系等方面对相关问题进行了分析。并给出了自己的建议,建立有吸引力的薪酬体系、建立健全的实习生职业规划体制、推动大学生实习社会化,提高留职率、定期培训实习生,明确实习生发展空间等办法,为宁波酒店业提出合理建议,促进宁波酒店业的健康发展。 关键词: Abstract In recent years, as China's sunrise industry hotel, met talent bottleneck. And gives his Suggestions, establish attractive salary system, establish the perfect interns career planning system, promoting college students' practice socialization, enhance retention could, regular training intern, clear interns development space for the way, some reasonable suggestion for ningbo hotel industry and promote the healthy development of ningbo hotel.
