毕业论文 （20_ _届） 技术性贸易壁垒对杭州茶叶出口的影响及对策研究 摘 要 随着国际经济一体化的发展和贸易的自由化趋势，在传统的关税和非关税壁垒不断的被拆除的同时，技术性贸易壁垒已经成为了世界各国调整贸易利益的重要途径。但是由于经济发展和科技水平的差异，各类标准和技术法规如今却对国际贸易产生了实质性的限制作用，甚至被不少发达国家用来充当贸易保护主义的工具。而发展中国家由于在经济和技术发展水平与发达国家水平有着不小的差距，在技术性贸易壁垒面前总是处于不利的地位。 茶叶作为杭州市具有比较优势的传统农产品，首当其冲的受到了技术性贸易壁垒的阻截。欧盟、美国、日本等发达国家以杭州茶叶农药残留超标为由，以保护人类健康和生态环境为名将杭州具有比较优势的茶叶拒之门外。因此，研究杭州茶叶如何突破技术性贸易壁垒就成为了迫在眉睫的任务。通过现状分析，给出了几个杭州突破技术性贸易壁垒的对策，政府要加强支持力度和技术法规的健全，企业要加快品牌建设和自身企业文化建设，同时，还要学会规避和绕开各种技术性贸易壁垒。 关键词：Abstract With the development of international economic integration and trade liberalization, tariff and non-tariff barriers in the traditional constantly being removed at the same time, technical barriers to trade around the world has become an important way to adjust the trade interests.
