毕业论文 （20_ _届） 宁波服装业走向国际化战略研究 摘 要 本文以宁波服装业为主要研究对象，在阐述宁波服装国际化战略的基础上，探究宁波服装国际化的对策和措施。围绕这一主题，本文主要依据国际贸易及国际化战略相关理论，对宁波服装业国际化的状况进行了分析，研究得出宁波服装业国际化过程中应该实施的对策与措施。 全文共分为四个部分：首先，介绍国际化战略相关理论。主要有产业集群、国际营销理论。其次，利用SWOT法分析宁波服装国际化的优势、劣势、机遇与威胁。优势有产业综合实力强等，劣势有对外投资规模小等，机遇有加入WTO所带来的机遇等，威胁有区域性经济保护日益严重。然后，阐述宁波服装业走向国际化战略的相关内容，主要包括：国际化战略的概念、目标，步骤、案例分析及启示。最后，介绍宁波服装业国际化需要作出的对策与措施。主要有加快技术改造与设计师队伍建设，构建服装专业化集群等。 关键词：；SWOTAbstract In this paper, Ningbo clothing as the main subject, in the elaborate on the basis of Ningbo garment international strategy, explore Ningbo garment international policies and measures. Around this theme, this paper, based on international trade and international strategy theories, Ningbo clothing internationalization condition were analyzed, summarized Ningbo clothing international route should take in order to provide a reference for the Ningbo garment industry. The paper is divided into four parts: first, introduce the theory of international strategy.Mainly introduces industrial cluster, the international marketing theory.?Secondly, Using the SWOT analysis method analysis Ningbo clothing international strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats.Advantages contain a strong industry overall strength, weaknesses contain small-scale foreign investment , etc. the opportunities are the opportunities brought by WTO accession, etc., threats are protection of the growing threat of regional economy.Then, describes the national strategy of Ningbo clothing related to the content, including: the concept of international strategy, objectives, procedures, case studies and inspiration.?Finally, the Ningbo Garment international strategies and measures were introduced.Mainly including: speeding up technical innovation and team building designers, building specialized clothing clusters and so on.
