毕业论文 （20_ _届） 基于“新钻石模型”的萧山纺织产业集群竞争力研究 摘 要 金融危机最困难时刻已经过去，后危机时期依然严峻而漫长。萧山作为中国最大的化纤纺织产业基地，其国际竞争实力很值得探讨。在经济全球化的背景下，萧山纺织业逐渐发展起来，但是从价值链的最低端环节切入，使得萧山纺织业只能处于低端位置，竞争优势主要集中于加工生产能力，而在品牌建设和营销渠道建设方面则严重不足，这就使得出口产品的附加值长期处于较低水平，缺乏持续的竞争力。 在这种形势下，本文通过对萧山纺织业产业集群的基本情况及特点问题进行分析，再利用“新钻石模型”对萧山纺织产业集群竞争力进行分析。其间选取一些地区的产业集群与萧山纺织产业集群竞争力进行比较分析,最后从四个基本竞争力因子和两个辅助因子方面对萧山纺织业提升国际竞争力提出相应的对策和建议，对从根本上提高萧山纺织品出口的持续竞争力，稳定和扩大萧山纺织品出口起到一定的参考作用。 关键词：Abstract The most difficult time of financial crisis has already passed, but the situation is still difficult and the recovery of crisis needs to take a long period. As the largest chemical fiber textile industry base in China, the international competitiveness of fiber industry in Xiaoshan is worthy to analyze. Under the background of economic globalization, Xiaoshan′s textile industry gradually developed. Because it develops from the least significant of value chain, so Xiaoshan′s textile industry is only in the low end of the value chain and the competitive advantages mainly focuses on production capacity, and brand building and marketing channel are quite weak, which makes the added value of exports is at a low level and lack of sustained competitiveness. In this situation, this article takes the status of Xiaoshan textile industry cluster through analyzes the characteristic and problem, then uses the New diamond model to analyze Xiaoshan textile industry cluster′s competitiveness. I will choose the competition some other industrial clusters to compare with Xiaoshan. Finally, I will bring out some suggestions in enhancing Xiaoshan textile industry′s international competitiveness from the four basic competitive factors and the two auxiliary factors, which have certain reference function on enhancing Xiaoshan textile exports′ competitiveness, stabilize and expand Xiaoshan′s textile exports.
