毕业论文 （20_ _届） 浙江省出口贸易面临的摩擦及对策分析 摘 要 改革开放以来，特别是中国加入WTO以来，浙江省的外贸出口取得了令人瞩目的伟大成就，外贸进出口的规模不断扩大，数量不断增多，外贸的收益也极大的拉动了浙江经济的发展。然而，在浙江对外贸易迅速发展的同时，浙江与国际间不同国家地区之间的贸易摩擦问题也急剧增多，成为影响浙江经济发展的一大顽疾。本论文论述了浙江贸易摩擦问题的基本情况，阐述了浙江贸易摩擦的严峻形势，浙江省出口商品主要集中于工业制成品，且以劳动密集型商品为主，这是浙江产品屡遭贸易摩擦的主要原因之一。由于浙江出口企业以民营企业为主，产品技术含量低，利润低，企业为降低成本，赢得比较优势，普遍在环境保护、劳工标准、社会责任、知识产权等方面投入不足，引起了进口国一些组织和民众的不满，这是近年来新的贸易摩擦形式逐步增加的重要原因。针对这些问题本论文提出了一些对策和建议，诸如进一步推进出口商品的“以质取胜”战略,不断优化商品结构,提高商品质量首先,扩大高技术含量、高加工程度和高附加值的商品在出口商品中的比重，再如构建以行业协会为主体的国际贸易摩擦预警机制等，从而为浙江省更好的解决贸易摩擦问题提供相应的解决方案。 关键词：Abstract Since the reform and opening up, especially China’s accession to WTO, foreign trade in Zhejiang Province has made remarkable and great achievements. With expanding scale and amount of export, foreign trade revenue has greatly driven economic development in Zhejiang. Great development as it shows, however, an increasing number of trade disputes between Zhejiang and other regions worldwide become the toughest challenges we face. This thesis describes the serious and basic situation and explains under which friction could possibly happen. It also points out that the products of Zhejiang private enterprises are low technological and low profits. Though the insufficient investment of general environmental protection, labor standards, social responsibility and intellectual property still helps to reduce the cost and win comparative advantage, causing a number of import organizations and people’s dissatisfaction. That is the main reason of increasing trade friction in recent years. To solve these problems, the thesis puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions, noting that enterprises in Zhejiang should promote exports with the “quality win” strategy to continuously optimize the product structure, improve product quality and expand the proportion of high-tech, high degree of processing and high value-added goods in the export market and organize trade associations as main international early-warning mechanism.
