毕业论文 （20_ _届） 宁波市外商直接投资的现状与对策研究 摘 要 改革开放以来，外商直接投资在宁波已经取得了令人瞩目的成绩，规模也迅速地扩大，外商直接投资在带动对外贸易土地资源项目数量持续下降关键词： Abstract Since the policy of the reform and opening to the world ，foreign direct investment has made remarkable achievements in Ningbo and Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) exerts a great influence on promoting foreign trade, increasing tax, expanding employment, improving people’s living standard in Ningbo province. FDI plays an important role in the economic development of Ningbo. At the same time, with the use of foreign capital further in-depth, some deep-seated problems must be resolved. This thesis introduces the history of the development of Ningbo’s utilization of FDI, and describes the characteristic, scale and industrial and regional distribution of the utilization of FDI. Then, this thesis summarizes the economic impact of FDI in Ningbo. On this basis, it points out the issues relating to the use of foreign direct investment in Ningbo. Soft environment is inadequate, investment structure is Irrational. The issues also include lack of land resources, continuous decline in the number of items and the lack of talent resources. According to the situations and problems of Ningbo’s utilization of FDI, the thesis puts forward such countermeasures as making strategy of utilizing FDI, improving the investment environment, guiding foreign investment, using of land rational, practicing new ways of attracting capitals, exploring the potential of development area, focusing on importing and developing talent resources to promote the effective utilization of FDI in Ningbo province.
