吉林医学2011年5月第 32卷第 l3 · 2673 · · 护 理 研 究 · 助产专科十大安全 目标在防范护理缺陷中的应用 朱丽辉 (广东省江门市人民医院产科 ，广东 江 门 529000) [摘 要] 目的：探讨产科护理缺陷发生的原因，并根据缺陷的类别采取相应的防范措施。方法：将从 2009年 7月 ～ 2010年6月根据广东省助产专科十大安全 目标要求实施产科护理缺陷防范措施后收住的产妇938例，与2008年 7月 ～2009年 6 月未实施产科护理缺陷防范措施收住的产妇866例在护理差错事故、护理缺陷、护理投诉发生率及产妇满意度方面进行比较。结 果 ：实施产科护理缺陷防范措施的产妇，护理投诉案例显著降低(P0．05)，护理缺陷发生率也显著降低 (P0．05)，总体产科质 量提高；同时，医护关系得到改善，产妇及家属的满意度提高。结论：落实产科护理安全管理制度、提高护士的责任心、重视护理质 量控制等可有效减少护理缺陷的发生率，提高护理管理质量。 [关键词] 产科；安全 目标；护理缺陷 Applicationoftensafetyobjectivesofspecialmidwiferyinthepreventionofnursingdefects ZHULi一M (JiangmenPeoplesHospital，Jiangmen529000，China) Abstract：ObjectiveToexplorethereasonsforobstetricnursingdefects，andtakeappropriatepreventivemeasuresaccordingtothe typeofnursingdefects．M ethod Nursingaccidents，nursingdefects，tbeincidenceofcarecomplaintsandmaternalsatisfactionwerecon— paredbetweenthe938pregnanciesadmittedfrom July2009toJune2010，whenspecialmidwiferybeganinGuangdongprovinceunderthe safetyobjectivesandrequirementsofthetoptendefectsinobstetriccare，and866casesadmittedrfomJuly2008toJune2009withoutpre— ventivemeasurestOobstetricnursingdefects．ResultsInthepregnanciesreceivedpreventivemeasurestoobstetricnursingdefects，theinci— denceofcarecomplaintswaslower(P0．05)，theincidenceofnursingdefectratewassignificantlylower(P0．05)，andthegeneral obstetricnursingqualitywasimproved；atthesametime，therelationsbetweendoctors andpatientswereimproved，thesatisfactiondegreeof preng ancyandfamilymemberwereelevated．Conclusion Reinforcingobstetriccaresafetymanagementsystem ，improvingtheresponsibility ofnurses，payingattentiontoqualitycontrolofnursingcarecanbeeffectiveinreducingtheincidenceofnursingdefectsandimprovethe qualityofnursingmanagement． KeyWords：Obstetric；Safetyobjective；Nursingdefect 医疗护理缺陷是指医务人员在医疗活动中违反医疗卫生 管理法、行政法规、部门规章和诊疗护理规范、常规而发生诊 表1 实施产科
