It is found that the spatial d istribution of gen eral houses∀ prices takes on a zonal anisotropy by an isotropic variability analysis, namely there are different structural characteristics in different d irections. The resu lts from isotrop ic variab ility analysis reveal that the sem i- variogram of general houses∀ prices is best de scribed by sphericalmode;l the ratio of structure variance to total variance is h igher than the ratio of random variance to total variance, and their values are 62 % and 37 % re spectively. Th is means that certain factors∀ contribution to the spatial variab ility of hou ses∀ prices is more than the random factors∀ contribution. Its variation is a k ind ofmed i um variation, and its variation range is 1662 km.
