Methods Colloidal gold was prepared through reduction of chloroauric acid by trisodium citrate. Results The optimal conditions for preparing the THC acid test strip were as follows: 10 µg/mL anti-THC acid monoclonal antibody was labeled, then the gold-labeled antibody was sprayed on a treated polyester film at a volume of 2.0 µL/cm, finally 0.5 mg/mL tetrahydrocannabinol acid-BSA combina- tion and 1.0 mg/mL goat anti-mouse antibody were used to coat the nitrocellulose (NC) membrane.
