13880644943 输尿管下段结石输尿管镜气压弹道碎石术及钬激光碎石术对照研究（60例报告） 李涵 (成都市第五人民医院 ,四川 成都 611130) 摘要：目的：通过对输尿管镜气压弹道及钬激光术治疗输尿管下段结石的对照研究,比较两种方法的的优缺点，方法：2010年10月—2012年7月，对输尿管下段结石患者共60例进行随机分组，分别进行输尿管镜气压弹道碎石术及钬激光碎石术，对两种术式的手术效果、手术时间、术中、术后并发症等指标进行比较，通过统计学分析得出结论，总结两种方法的优缺点。结果：气压弹道组共28例，钬激光组32例，两种术式手术效果比较无明显统计学意义，手术时间及术中并发症例数统差异上有统计学意义，术后并发症无明显统计学意义，结论：比较两种术式各自优缺点，以利手术医师在选择手术方式上有一定参考。 关键词：输尿管下段结石;输尿管镜;气压弹道;钬激光 Lower ureteral calculi under ureteroscopy pneumatic ballistic lithotripsy and holmium laser lithotripsy control study (60 cases report) LI Han (The fifth Peoples Hospital of Chengdu, Sichuan Chengdu 611130 China) Abstract: Objective:Through the ureteroscopy pneumatic ballistic and holmium laser lithotripsy for the treatment of Lower ureteral calculi under a controlled study to compare two methods of the advantages and disadvantages .Methods: October 2010 - July 2012, for Lower ureteral calculi under 60 patients were randomly divided into Two groups, separately ureteroscopy pneumatic ballistic lithotripsy and holmium laser lithotripsy, The index Of the two methods such as operation effect, operation time, intraoperative and postoperative complications were compared,through the statistical analysis conclusion, summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of two methods.Results: the group of ureteroscopy pneumatic ballistic lithotripsy has a total of 28 cases, holmium laser group 32 cases, two kinds of operation operation effect is no significant statistical significance, surgery time and intraoperative complications number system differences have statistical significance,the postoperative complications has no significant statistical significance.Conclusion:to compare two operation respective advantages and disadvantages, and surgery physicians in the choice of operation methods have certain reference.
