硕 士 学 位 论 文 高等职业教育实践教学评价体系研究  学科、专业 研究方向 申请学位类别 申请人 指导教师  ： 教育经济与管理 ： 教育行政理论与实践 ： 管理学硕士 ： 张桥影 ： 孟庆琦 教授  二〇一三 年 三 月  The Study on the Practical Teaching Evaluation System of Higher Vocational Education A Dissertation Submitted to the Graduate School of Henan University in Partial Fulfillment of the Requirements for the Degree of Master of Management Science By Zhang Qiaoying Supervisor: Prof.Meng Qingqi Date:March.2013 摘 要 我国高等职业教育经过近几年的发展，具有较大的规模，但由于一些原因，实践教 学体系尚不成熟和完善。这主要是因为我国高职院校的教学体系一直注重理论教学，而 对于实践教学这种新的教学形式还缺少经验，基本上还是处于摸索阶段，对于实践教学 质量的监控手段还处于薄弱阶段，目前大多数高职院校都还没有一套科学合理的实践教 学的评价系统，因而建立起一个完善应用性强的实践教学评价体系，提高教学质量、强 化培养特色是高等职业院校教育的当务之急，对实践教学实施科学的评价，是促进教学 工作不断改进、教学质量不断提高的必要手段。 本体系的主要步骤为：首先建立了高职实践教学的指标体系，并根据评价体系中的 指标设计出一套评价指标确定的问卷，让一些具有经验的老师填写，分析结果确定评价 指标。再对评价中不确定的指标进行定量化，然后根据权值因子分析法计算各评价指标 的权重系数，最后求出各项评价指标的组合权重，从而对实践教学做出合理的评价。高 职院校可以利用该系统，在实践教学实施过程中发挥监督检测和指导决策的功能。 本文所研究的评价系统应用于高职院校，能客观真实的反映实践教学质量的各个方 面，同时促进了实践教学质量的提高，也为学校的实践教学管理的各项决策提供了有力 支持。 关键词：评价系统，实践教学，高等职业教育 I ABSTRACT Higher vocational and technical education in China has already been a large-scale after recent years of development, but due to many reasons, our practical teaching system is not mature and perfect.
