中华护理教育 2010年 4月第 7卷第4期 ChinJNutsEduc，April2010，Vol7，No．4 ·167 · · 临床 教 学 · 临床护理情感教育对学生职业信念影响的调查分析 程建萍 徐立琴 [摘要] 目的 分析学生 的职业信念与临床护理情感教育的关系，为促进护理队伍持续稳定发展寻找对策。方法 将 2006—2007届学生作为对照组，实施传统带教；2008—2009届学生作为试验组，加强护理专业情感教育、人格教育、心理扶正，通 过 自制 “学生职业信念 问卷调查表”，对 比两组干预后职业信念差别。结果 干预后试验组职业信念得分高于对照组(P0．05)。 干预后愿意从事护理专业的学生人数从35I2％增加到65．3％，差异有统计学意义(PO．O1)。结论 临床护理专业情感教育对学生坚 定护理职业信念有重大意义，不断加强对学生的护理专业情感教育和人格教育，对促进护理队伍持续稳定发展有积极作用。 【关键词] 学生，护理 ；情感教育；职业信念 Influenceofclinicalnursingemotionaleducationoncareerbeliefsofnursingstudents／CHENG Jian-ping，XU Li—qin [Abstract] Objective Toanalyzetherelationshipbetweenclinicalnursingemotionaleducationandcareerbeliefsofnursing students，in orderto take countermeasuresto promote sustainable and steady developmentfor nursing team．M ethods The nursing students graduated from 2006 to 2007 were considered asthe controlgroup，who received the traditionalteaching method．The nursing students rgaduated from 2008 to 2009 were considered as the experimentalrgoup，and the teachers changed the traditional teaching concept and strengthened psychological support in their teaching． A self-designed questionnaire survey on the students’careerbeliefswasconducted in the studentsofthe two groups，and thecareerbeliefsof the two groupswere compared．Results The scoreofcareerbeliefs in the experimentalgroupwashigherthan thatin the controlgroup(PO．05)．Only35．2％ studentsinthecontrolgroupwerewiHingtoengagein nursingwork，and65．3％ in the experimentalgroup(P0．01)．careerbeliefsofthenursingstudentswerecorrelatedwith theirclinicalemotionaleducation． Conclusion Clinical nursing emotionaleducation fornursing students isofrgeatsignificance in theircareerbeliefs．Character education and emotional education should be continuously strengthened in the nursing students to promote sustainable and steadydevelopmentofnursingteam． [Keywords] Students，Nursing；EmotionalEducation；CareerBeliefs 职业
