裹背机关键技术分析与研究.pdf

摘要 为了提高本票等裹背产品的生产效率，减少成本，降低劳动强度，实现产品 的高效率和自动化生产，本课题对裹背工艺进行了深入分析与研究，研制出了一 台经济实用的裹背机。该设备主要由本票输送、裹背条输送、裹背条上胶与粘贴、 本票整理等四部分组成。仿真和实验结果表明，该设备裹背精度高、操作简便、 使用成本低，完全能够满足裹背产品的生产要求。 本项目的主要工作如下： 1、采用侧推规输送机构取代了原来的手工放书，并对该机构进行运动与动 力学分析，得到了输送过程中本票翻转角与反转时间和导向块高度之间的函数关 系； 2 、采用在线刷胶的普通纸带代替现有预涂胶裹背条，并对纸带在线涂胶过 程中刮刀的受力情况进行分析，得到了刮刀变形量与刷胶速度之间的关系曲线； 3 ．开发了一种回转式真空纸带传送装置，实现了纸带的吸附输送，避免了 纸带刷胶面的污染。通过分析纸带输送过程中的变形情况，得到了纸带变形量与 吸附力大小间的函数关系； 4 ．对纸带折边过程进行稳定性分析，得到了最优角加速度曲线，从而保证 了高速裹背情况下纸带的折边精度. 本文的创新点是： 1、提出了一种新型的侧推规输送机构； 2 、研制了一种回转式真空纸带传送装置。 关键词：裹背；本票；犁形导轨；真空吸送 I ABSTRACT In order to increase the productivity, reduce the production cost and lower the labor intensity of spine taping products, such as promissory note, besides, to achieve high production efficiency and heavily automated production, the project researched the craft of the Back-wrapping and existing equipment, and designed a cost-saving spine taping machine. The equipment consists of note delivery, gluing and pasting of the back-wrapping strip, note organizing.
