全球健康卫生国情教育在教改中的应用与效果研究 王红漫1 北京大学医学人文研究院(100191) 【摘要】 在高等医学教育中，传统的医学教育内容不全面、模式单一、方法枯燥,无法满足培养医学生独立思考和主动学习能力的要求。医学教育改革就是要通过对医学教育的模式、内容、方法进行改变，弥补传统教育中存在的不足。卫生国情教育以医学社会学为基础，注重医学的社会属性和卫生的宏观领域，在实施过程中，察民意，感民风，历农情，既潜心域内，也放眼世界，探索出“教学、科研、服务社会”三维一体的教学模式和金苹果教学法，对医学教育的理论和方法进行创新，理论与实践相结合，发挥了学生的主观能动性，切实培养并提高了学生独立分析问题和解决问题的能力，更提升了学生作为未来社会的中流砥柱的社会责任感与使命感。北京大学全球健康与社会发展研究中心在开展卫生国情教育十年以来收效显著，探索出一条医学教育改革的新途径 【关键词】 卫生国情教育；医学教育改革；三维一体教学模式；金苹果教学法；创新 Research on the Application and Efficiency of Global Health National Health Conditions Education in Education Reform Wang Hongman Institute of Medical Humanities Peking University 【ABSTRACT】 In higher medical education, the traditional one can’t meet the requirements of cultivating students’abilities of thinking independently and learning actively since it is not comprehensive enough in content, unitary in pattern and dull in method. The purpose of medical education reform is to remedy the deficiencies of traditional one by reforming the patterns, contents and methods of medical education. National health conditions education is based on medical sociology. It pays attention to medical social attribute and health macro fields. In the process of implementation, we should investigate mass condition , understand the customs, experience the farmers’emotion，concentrate on our own sphere and also look around the world. Then we can explore golden apples teaching method and a three-dimensional teaching mode of “teaching, scientific research and social services” those has innovated the theories and methods in medical education. It has cultivated and improved students’ abilities of analyzing and solving problems independently. Therefore, the students’ social responsibilities and sense of mission as mainstay of the future are promoted. A new way of medical education reform has been explored by center for global health and social development research, Peking University.
