（20_ _届） 本科毕业设计 自动售货机的PLC系统设计 摘 要 随着社会发展和科技的不断进步，自动化商业机械也有了越来越广泛的应用，自动售货机是可完成无人自动售货的商业自动化设备，它不受任何场地限制，方便快捷，可以每天24小时售货，在我国也越来越普及。人们通过自动售货机可以买到自己想要的物品，自动售货机实现了商品需求化，性能多样化的发展，给人们的生活带来了极大的方便。传统的自动售货机采用单片机作为控制核心，但这样在输入输出接口上消耗很大。PLC不但可实现类似控制功能，还具有可靠性高、编程简单、功能强、能耗低、调试方便等优点。 本文介绍了自动售货机的基本原理以及工作流程，然后以一次交易过程为例，把交易过程分为几个程序块，然后分别对程序块进行编程。具体说明了可编程序控制器在自动售货机中的作用。程序涉及到了自动售货机工作的绝大部分过程。利用PLC控制的自动售货机提高了系统的稳定性，保证自动售货机能够长期稳定运行。 关键词：自动售货机；可编程序控制器；梯形图 PLC system design of the vending machines Abstract With the social development and technological advances, the automation of business machines also have more extensive application Vending machine is a self-service device that can automatically sell goods to customers. It is not restricted to specific sites, which is convenient and sells 24 hours a day. Vending machines also become increasingly popular in China. Vending machine realizing the demand for goods, the properties diversified development, and has bringing great convenience to peoples lives. The traditional vending machines use Single Chip Microcomputer as the core of control, which costs greatly on its input/output interface. PLC not only fulfill a similar controlling function, but also has other advantages such as high reliability, easiness to program, strong function, low energy consumption, convenience to debug and so on. This article introduced vending machines basic principle as well as the work flow, then take a transaction process as examples, divides into several blocks the transaction process, then carries on the programming separately to the block. Explained the programmable controllers in vending machine function specifically. The procedure involved the vending machine work major part process. Enhanced systems stability using the PLC controls vending machine, the guarantee vending machine has been able the long-term stability movement.
