临床医学论文-超声学诊断结核性局限性胸腔积液临床分析 【关键词】? 结核性;局限性;胸腔积液 　　［摘? 要］ 目的：少量结核性局限性胸腔积液用超声检查，准确性极高，腔内结构、回声特征、范围及与周围关系的诊断分析。方法：对我院门诊及住院病人结核性局限性胸腔积液360例，使用GE-LOGQ400型超声诊断仪进行超声检查。结果：其中男201例，占55.8％；女159例，占44.2％,患者以青壮年居多。包裹性胸腔积液155例，占43.1％；肺底积液126例，占35％；肺叶间积液50例，占13.9％，其他29例，占8.1%。以上两者或三者并存少见。发生于右侧胸腔积液者多于左侧，患者均经2次～7次超声复查。结论：超声诊断结核性局限性胸腔积液在影像检查中优于其他影像检查，内部条索状、蜂窝状及分隔回声较清晰，胸膜肥厚及粘连程度易于观察，患者无痛苦且诊断准确性高。 　　［关键词］ 结核性;局限性;胸腔积液 　　Clinical Analysis of Ultrasonic Tubercle Diagnosis Localization?Chest Accumulates the Liquid 　　Abstract：Objective A little amount tubercle localization thorax accumulates the liquid uses the super a check,the accuracy is very high,thorax inside construction,echo characteristic,scope and with around the diagnosis analysis that relate to.Methods Accumulate the 360 examples：liquid to our hospital outpatient service and inpatient tubercle localization chests,a super a diagnosis instrument proceeds the super a check.Results Among them male 201 example,occupy 55.8%;159 examples：woman,occupy 44.2%,the sufferer is known as the majority of the youth prime of life.The package chest accumulates the 155 examples：liquid,occupying 43.1%;The lung bottom accumulates the 126 examples： liquid,occupying 35%;The lobe of lung accumulates the 50 examples： liquid,occupying 13.9%,other 29 example,occupy 8.1%.Above both or three keep both seldom seen.The occurrence accumulates the liquid in the right side chest precious sight more left side,sufferer all through 2~7 times super voices in～s reply to check.Conclusion The super a diagnosis tubercle localization chest accumulates the liquid in image check the better than other image checks,internal a form,beehive form and box off the echo clearer,the pluera is fatty and thick and glue to connect the degree apts to observe,the sufferer has no pain and sufferings and examines a patient the accuracy high. 　　Key words：Tubercle;Localization;The chest accumulates the liquid ??? 近年来肺结核发病率明显升高，多数结核性胸腔积液经抽液、抗痨治疗可使胸腔积液消失而临床治愈，但仍有部分病人虽经反复抽液有效抗痨不能控制渗出液，形成结核性局限性
