成都中医药大学硕士学位论文 学 位 论 文 荣冠酊联合滚针治疗轻型斑秃 临床疗效观察 The Clinical Observation of Rongguan Ding combined with Rolling Needle to Cure Light Alopecia Areata 陈蓓蓓  指导教师姓名： 申请学位级别：  段 硕  渠 士  副研究员 专 业 名 称： 中医外科学  论文提交时间：  2011 年 4 月  论文答辩时间： 2011 年 5 月  二○一一年五月 2 成都中医药大学硕士学位论文 摘要 目的：通过对 64 例轻型斑秃患者随机采用“荣冠酊联合滚针”或“2%米诺地尔 溶液联合滚针”治疗，观察研究两种方法治疗轻型斑秃的临床疗效、安全性和差异性。 同时探求一种治疗轻型斑秃的更好方法。 方法：将符合本次研究病例纳入标准的 64 例轻型斑秃患者，随机分为治疗组（32 例）和对照组（32 例）。其中治疗组患者采用荣冠酊联合滚针治疗，对照组患者采用 2%米诺地尔溶液联合滚针治疗，两组治疗均一个月为 1 疗程，连续治疗 3 个疗程后， 观察两组治疗前后临床疗效。 结果：经过对轻型斑秃患者 3 个疗程的治疗后，治疗组和对照组综合疗效分别为 90.6%、87.5%，显效率分别为 65.6%、37.5%。经统计分析，两组间临床综合疗效无 明显差异（p0.05），两组显效率有显著差异（p0.05），治疗组显效率优于对照组， 说明治疗组有显著疗效。 结论：对轻型斑秃的治疗，荣冠酊联合滚针疗效确切，操作简便，且副作用较少， 安全性较好，值得临床进行进一步研究与推广。 关键词：荣冠酊 滚针 轻型斑秃 3 成都中医药大学硕士学位论文 Abstract Objective: to observe the clinical effect and security of Rongguan Ding and rolling needle on Light alopecia areata. Methods: 64 patients with Light alopecia areata were divided into two groups randomly,including treatment group which has 32 patients and control group which has 32 patients. The treatment group use the method of Rongguan Ding and rolling needle.And the control group use the method of 2% minoxidil topical solution and rolling needle,we observe the treatment effects and the side effects of the treatment group and control group. Result: In the treatment of Light alopecia areata,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 90.6%，the total effective rate of the control group was 87.5%; the excellence rate was 65.6%， in the treatment group and 37.5% in control. After the statistical analysis, two groups of clinical total effectiveness not obvious differences (p0.05), two groups reveal lead to have the remarkable difference (p0.05), the treatment group reveals leads to surpass the comparison group.Conclusion the treatment group has special effects. Conclusion: Results suggested that Rongguan Ding and rolling needle had satisfactory clinical efficacy for Light alopecia areata. The method of the treatment is simple
