摘 要 根据国家统计局公布的数据，我国的人口年龄结构已经愈发失衡，老年人口的占比 逐年提升，已经从2002年的7.3%提高到了2013年的9.7%。与此同时，在长期通货膨 胀的背景下，我国基本养老保险基金由于投资收益过低，而面临着隐性亏损的问题，这 导致其支付能力下降，需要国家财政的支撑。因此，发展我国的企业年金，实现其对基 本养老保险的补充作用，是非常有必要的。大力发展企业年金制度对于完善我国养老保 险体系、维护社会公平、增强企业竞争力、保障退休职工生活以及完善我国资本市场等 方面均有显著的积极作用。介于发展我国企业年金的必要性及积极作用，国家已下决心 大力发展企业年金制度。 保值增值是我国企业年金发展的基石，其不仅可以保障和改善退休职工的生活水 平，而且也有利于吸引更多的企业和职工加入到企业年金计划中来。合理的资产配置可 以有效地提高企业年金基金的投资运营效率，从而保证其实现保值增值的目标，促进我 国企业年金的发展。然而，我国企业年金在资产配置方面存在一些问题，包括资产配置 不合理，投资收益低；投资比例限制不合理，权益类产品投资比例较低；投资范围仍较 为狭窄；有关企业年金制度的立法不够完善。 面对我国企业年金资产配置中存在的问题，本文通过理论和实证分析，选取基于均 值-VaR最优化策略和动态资产配置相结合的混合资产配置策略作为我国企业年金资产 配置的优化策略，并最终通过实证证明，该混合策略有利于提高投资组合的收益率，对 企业年金基金的投资运营有重要的指导意义。 最后，本文结合所做的理论和实证分析，讨论了优化我国企业年金资产配置策略的 措施。 关键词：企业年金 资产配置 均值-VaR 动态资产配置 VaR 5 ABSTRACT Accordingto datareleasedby theNational Bureau of Statistics,Chinaspopulation age structurehas becomeincreasinglyunbalanced,theproportionoftheelderlypopulation isincreasingyearbyyear,which has increased 7.3% from 7.3% in 2002 to 9.7% in 2013.At the same time, in the context of long-term inflation, the investment income of Chinas basic endowment insurance is too low, and faced with the problemofhiddenlosses.Therefore,thedevelopmentofChinasenterpriseannuityisverynecessary.
