关于人民币升值的探析 摘 要 近年来，随着中国经济的高速发展，人民币的国际地位越来越高，经济发展实力的提升客观上有推动人民币升值的动力。在美元汇率持续下跌的背景下，美、日等发达国家纷纷指责中国通过人民币汇率低估来扩大出口，人民币升值的压力凸显。从05年我国的人民币汇率制度改革以来，放弃了单一盯住美元的汇率制度，建立了以市场供求为基础，参考一揽子货币进行调节、有管理的浮动汇率制度，形成了更富有弹性的人民币汇率机制，进入21世纪以来,虽然全球经济低迷、萧条，我国的经济却持续高速增长，竞争力不断增强。因此带来连续多年的双顺差和巨额的外汇储备，同时也遭受到以美国为首的西方国家的压力，逼迫人民币升值。本文结合国内外背景，首先从我国的经济高速增长、货币政策、人民币购买力、热钱流入以及美日西方国家施压等方面分别阐述了人民币升值的原因，然后针对人民币升值给我国经济带来的影响进行分析，最后提出应对措施和建议。 关键词：人民币；升值；汇率；对策 On the analysis of the appreciation of the RMB Abstract In recent years, with the rapid development of China’s economy, the RMB’s international position more and higher, economic development strength ascension objectively promote the power of RMB appreciation. In the dollar falling background, thus, Japan and other developed countries have accused that China expand exports through under estimated the RMB,then RMB have pressure on highlights the appreciation. From 05 years of Chinas reform of RMB exchange rate system, gave up a single dollar peg was established, based on market supply and demand with reference to a basket of currencies, carry on the adjustment, has the management floating exchange rate system, forming a more flexible RMB exchange rate mechanism. In the 21 century, although the global economic downturn, and depression, our country’s economy is developing with a high speed, to enhance competitiveness. Therefore it bring that many years of surplus and huge foreign exchange reserves, and at the same time it also subject to us-led western pressure, and persecute the RMB rise. This paper combines the global background, fist respectively expounds the cause of the appreciation of RMB from China’s rapid economic growth, monetary policy, the RMB purchasing power, and the western countries into hot line pressure etc, then based on the appreciation of the RMB to the impact of China’s economic analysis, and finally by personal understanding proposes some countermeasures and suggestions.
