毕业设计指导书 题 目 国际工程项目管理模式及其发展趋势 二级学院 工程经济系 专 业 项目管理 班 级 项管1102 姓 名 吕鑫 指导老师 邓林 二○一三年六月 摘 要 随着我国改革开放的不断深入和经济的飞速发展，投资多元化的大型复杂工程建设项目越来越多，特别是我国加入WTO以后，国内外建筑市场的竞争越来越激烈，世界经济一体化进程将迫使我国工程项目管理模式与国际惯例接轨。但目前我国国际项目工程存在着诸多问题，因此，研究我国建设项目管理模式经验和不足的基础上，找到适合我国国情的工程项目管理模式具有重要的理论和现实的意义。本论首先对国际工程项目管理的特点及其基本理论进行了简要说明，然后对国际工程项目管理体系分类及其体制构建、流程改善进行了论述，对国际工程项目管理模式存在的问题及其解决对策，以及国际工程项目的风险管理与防范进行了分析。最后以JXJG国际工程项目为案例，对其目前现状及其改进措施进行了论述，对其国际管理中的经验进行了概况。 关键词：国际工程；项目管理；JXJG集团 ABSTRACT Along with the deepening of reform and opening up and the rapid development of economy, the diversification of investment of large and complex project project is increasing, especially after our country joins WTO, the domestic construction market competition more and more intense, the process of world economic integration will force our engineering project management and international convention conform.But at present our country international proiect exists many problems, therefore, research on Chinas construction project management mode based on the experience and shortage, to find a suitable for Chinas national conditions of the engineering project management model has important theoretical and practical significance.The first pair of international engineering project management features and its basic theory are introduced briefly, and then on the international engineering project management system classification and system construction, process improvement are discussed in this paper, the international project management problems and solutions, as well as international project risk management and prevention are analyzed.Finally to JXJG international project as a case, the current situation and improvement measures were discussed, the international management experience were profiles.
