The ecosystem health assessment is a necessary step for the restoration and management of the degraded ecosystem of the ecosystem. The struc ( ture and function characteristics , degradation reasons and the degradation response factors of the special ecosystem were analyzed . Based on PSR pressure stateresponse) model widely used in the resource environmental protection at present , the indices were selected and classified . The health asessment index system of the degraded ecosystem in the lakeside zone was attempted to be established , which included 40 indices at three layers of pressure
