酉匡 生 L月 第— 卷 箍ll期 JiangxiMedica1Journal，N0v2009．V01．44．No．11 · 实验研究 · 药膳饮食对严重烧伤大鼠肠道 SIgA的影响 朱 童 詹剑华 罗锦花 游浩元 严 济 摘【要】目的 观察严重烫伤大 鼠伤后肠道 SIgA含量的变化，研究药膳饮食对严重烫伤大 鼠肠道免疫功能的调节作用。方 法 健康 Wistar大 鼠100只，随机分成烧伤药膳喂养组(药膳组)、烧伤 肉汤喂养组(肉汤组)、烧伤常规喂养组(常规组)和正常 对 照组 (对照组)。药膳组 、肉汤组、常规组于伤后第 3、7、14d各取 l0只，无菌条件下取材送检 ，观察肠道 IgA含量 的变化 结果 药膳组、肉汤组、常规组伤后第 3、7、14dsIgA的浓度 明显低于对照组相 (P0．05)；药膳组各时相点均明显高于肉汤组 、常规组 (P0．05或 P0．01)。结论 药膳饮食可以促进大 鼠肠道黏膜 sIgA的分泌 ，能明显维持肠黏膜细胞分泌 SIgA的功能 ，从而增强 烧伤后肠道免疫功能 f关键词】药膳饮食；免疫；大 鼠；烧伤；SIgA 【中图分类号】R一332 EffectofmedicmeddietonintestinalSIgA insevereburnedratsZhuTong，ZhanJianhua，LuoJinhua，et ．DepartmentofblZl-n, thefristaffiliatedofNanchanguniversity,JiangxiNanchang330006,China A【bstractl 0bjective ToobservethechangeofintestinalsIgA inseverelyburnedrats；andtoinvestigatetheregulationof medicineddietOffimmunedysfunctioninseverelyburnedrats．Methods 100healthywistarratswererandomlydividedintoburned withlavagingmedicineddietgroup(medicineddietgroup，n=30)，burnedwithlavagingbouillonrgoup(bouillongroup，n=30)，burned withconventionfeedinggroup (conventionrgoup，n=30)andnormalcontrolgroup (normalgroup，n=lo)．Themedicineddietgroup， bouillon group and conventiongroupwerescalded with 30 TBSA ofthedegreeofIl1．At3，7，14 post—burn day，10 ratsofthe medicineddietrgoup，bouillonrgoupandconventionalgroupwerekilledintheconditionofasepsistodetecttheconcentrationofsIgA inintestines．Results Comparedwithnomr alrgouptheconcentrationofslgA ofmedicatedfoodrgoup，brothgroupandconventional grouparedecreased (P0．05)；theconcentrationofsIgAofmedicatedfoodgroupishigherthanthatofbouillonrgoup、conventional group (P0．05orP0．01)．Conclusion MedicatedfooddietcanpromotethesecretionofintestinalmucosasIgA，andmaintainits functionobviously，therebyenhancingintestinal immunefunctionafterbum． k【eywords】medicineddiet；immune；rats；burn；sIgA
