高速铁路大临设施土地复垦利用研究 ——以京沪高铁江阴制梁场为例 沈春竹1 金晓斌2 丁宁2 周寅康2 （1.江苏省土地勘测规划院，南京，210008；2.南京大学地理与海洋科学学院，南京，210093；） 摘要：高速铁路大临设施是土地占用面积较多、破坏程度较强、复垦难度较大的高速铁路建设用地类型之一，其土地破坏特点分析与复垦利用研究对于保护耕地提高土地利用率具有重要意义。本文在高铁大临设施复垦利用过程分析的基础上，以京沪高速铁路江阴制梁场为例，对其进行复垦工程分区、复垦规划制定与复垦方案优选。研究结果表明，江阴制梁场根据工程布置、硬化特点及复垦难度可划分为7个亚区，结合土地利用规划要求，在复垦适宜性评价和投入－产出分析的基础上，待复垦区中制梁区存梁区设施农业，其他亚区复垦为林地，评价结果与实际较为吻合。 关键词：高速铁路；大临设施；复垦利用 and Damaging，Reclamation and Utilization of High-speed Railway Temporary Facilities Construction Land棗A Case Study on Jiangyin P制refabrication Yard of Beijing-Shanghai High-speed Railway SHEN Chun-zhu1, HE Li-heng2,3,JIN Xiao-bin2, DING Ning2, ZHOU Yin-kang2 (1. College of Civil Engineering, Nanjing Forestry University, Nanjing210037,China) Abstract: Large temporary facilities in high-speed railway construction have the characteristic of large area，deep damage extent , which lead to the difficulties in reclamation. The study on the characteristics of land damage and its reclamation has an important significance on protecting cultivated land and improving the land use efficiency. On the basis of analyzing the process of land reclamation and utilization of large temporary facilities in high-speed railway construction, this paper takes Jiangyin prefabrication yard as an example, make the reclamation engineering partition，formulate the reclamation planning and select the reclamation optimal plan. The results show that Jiangyin prefabrication yard can be divided into seven sub-regions according to the engineering layout, hardening characteristics and reclamation difficulty.
