非血管介入 Non vascular intervention 输卵管积水的栓塞治疗 李 强，匡延平，傅永伦， 李群英， 潘芝梅， 范莉萍，石海斌 [摘要] 目的 探讨和评价输卵管积水的栓塞治疗方法的可行性。 方法 在X线透视监视下，行输卵管选择性插管，将微弹簧圈通过微导管送入输卵管的近端，达到栓塞输卵管的目的。结果 输卵管栓塞98例患者，双侧输卵管栓塞66例，单侧输卵管栓塞32例，共栓塞164侧输卵管，插管均一次性成功。输卵管栓塞后一个月行子宫输卵管造影术，显示有效者164侧，100.00％，其中显示最佳效果者136侧输卵管，占82.93％； 无效者为0。结论 输卵管栓塞的介入治疗是一项创新性的方法，并且是行之有效的方法，与目前采用的四种方法相比，无手术并发症，简便，安全，经济，对卵巢功能无影响，填补了介入治疗在试管婴儿中应用的一个空白。 [关键词] 输卵管积水 栓塞 微弹簧圈 介入治疗 试管婴儿 Embolism Treatment for Hydrosalpinx LI Qiang, KUANG Yanping, LI Qunying . Department of Gynecology Intervention, Shanghai Pudong New Area Health Care Hospital for Women and Children, Shanghai 201206, China [Abstract] Objective To investigate and evaluate feasibility of Embolization for Hydrosalpinx. Methods First, the operation for hysterosalpingography is performed to show the positions and shape of the hydrosalpinx . Then the hydrops is drawn into the celiac in order to be absorbed after performing fallopian tube recanalization. Finally, transvaginal therapy is performed , putting the embolization microcoils into the fallopian tube through a micro catheter. Result The interventional treatment of 164 fallopian tubes got one-off success among 98 cases of fallopian tubes embolization. Among them, both-sides fallopian tubes embolization were performed on 66 cases and one-side fallopian tubs embolization were performed on 32 cases.A month later ,the operation for hysterosalpingography was performed after the fallopian tubes embolization, which show 164 fallopian tubes effective, amount to 100.00% of the total and 136 fallopian tubes achieved good results, amount to 82.93% of the total. No one is invalid. Conclusions The interventional treatment of fallopian tubes embolization is a creative and effective method. Compared with the four common methods which are practiced at present , the new method is convenient, safety and economical. The sufferings the common operation brought to patients could be avoided.
