Because of natural and human factors, Degeneration of desert grassland is in- creasingly serious. In recent years, the importance and investment in science and technology of the study in recov- ery of grassland has been constantly increased, and become a hot attention of scientists. This article proceeds a sta- tistical analysis by the number of published papers, national distribution, and research direction of degradation and repair research respectively, which mainly bases on the search of Web of Science. To know of the research around the globe and analyze the domestic advantages, we can provide some help to the recovery of desert grassland for Chinese scholars.
