临床医学普高专升本人才培养质量研究 石云霞 毛广运 陈钏 卢丽笋 邱文婷 (温州医学院 浙江 温州 325035) [摘要]目的:该文通过对临床医学专业本科五年制和普高专升本毕业生医师准入、校内各阶段学业进行比较分析,调查临床医学普高专升本人才培养质量及特点,为医学教育政策评价、人才科学培养使用提供依据。方法:采用SAS 9.2英文版进行数据管理和分析。结果:普高专升本毕业生校内各阶段学业成绩大部分显著高于五年制临床医学。毕业后一年参加医师资格考试,通过率、专业综合占优势,专业基础显著低于五年制。结论:普高专升本的医学人才培养模式是有效的,毕业生进入医疗行业之后,整体表现出较好的职业适应性和执业准入能力,但基础理论素养比五年制临床医学毕业生弱。 [关键词] 普高专升本 五年制 医师考试 校内学业 人才培养质量 Personnel Training Quality Study of Transfer Students from Associate to Bachelor Degree Program in Clinical Medicine Major SHI Yunxia, Mao Guangyun, Chen Chuan, Lu Lishun, Qiu Wenting (Wenzhou Medical College, Wenzhou, Zhejiang 325035) [Abstract] Objective:By the comparison of profession access and intramural academic performance in each stage between students from 5-year Bachelor program and transfer students from Associate to Bachelor degree program in clinical medicine major, personnel training quality and its characteristics of transfer students from Associate to Bachelor degree program in clinical medicine major is studied, which provides evidence for medical education evaluation and scientific personnel training. Method:English version SAS 9.2 was used for data management and analysis. Results:Most of the intramural academic performance in each stage of transfer students from Associate to Bachelor degree program was significantly better than students from 5-year Bachelor program in clinical medicine major. Transfer students had higher passing rate of National Medical Licensing Examination one year after graduation. Compared to 5-year Bachelor program students, transfer students did better in comprehensive medicine part of the exam, and obviously did worse in basic medicine part of the exam. Conclusions:The medical personnel training mode of transfer students from Associate to Bachelor degree program is effective. After the graduates enter the medical profession, most of them have good professional adaptation and profession access ability. But they have less knowledge of basic medicine theory
