T e image of F-actin in HUVE- 12 cellswas observedwit Confocal Laser Scan- ning Microscope at 6 ours after radiation. Results: radiation-induced depolymerization of F-actin microfilament stress fibres was dependent on t e radiation dose. Conclusion: radiation-induced depolymerization of F-actin microfilament stress fibres may be one of t e mec anism of t e radiation injury on vascular endot elial cells.
