编号 本科生毕业设计（论文） 题目： 精益生产在我国制造型企业 中的应用研究 商 学院 工商管理 专业 学 号 0802080328 学生姓名 苗润青 指导教师 汤卫君 讲师 二〇一二年六月 摘 要 改革开放以来，我国经济迅猛发展，作为我国经济的一大支柱的制造业也取得了前所未有的进步，但是与世界领先水平仍然有较大的差距，还存在许多亟待解决的自身问题。同时，随着发达经济体的经济结构转型与新兴经济体的迅速发展，全球市场上的竞争也变得空前激烈。无论是从自身还是从外界环境来看，我国制造型企业都面临的严峻的挑战。在探索我国制造型企业的生存与发展之道的过程中，精益生产理论进入了人们的视线。精益生产理论，起源于丰田生产方式，经过了半个世纪的发展与完善，形成了一套较为完整的应用体系。许多世界知名企业通过将精益生产方式整合到其生产系统之中，在生产乃至于企业的各个方面都取得了显著效果。精益生产起步较晚的我国，在对精益生产的应用方面明显缺乏经验，也较少有非常成功的案例出现。如何正确地将精益生产理论融合到我国企业的生产制造过程中，以起到提高制造业水平的作用也成为了近些年备受关注的课题。 本文首先将对中国现阶段的制造型企业的发展状况进行调查，整体把握中国制造业发展水平；然后在对精益生产思想的全面、深入的了解的基础之上，对中国制造型企业在对精益生产的应用过程中所出现的问题进行总结；最后，结合案例，对我国制造型企业如何正确的应用精益生产进行探索，并提出发展建议。 关键词：制造型企业；精益生产；生产效率 ABSTRACT Since the reform and opening up, Chinas economy has been developed rapidly and the manufacturing sector, a major pillar of our economy, has made ??unprecedented progress, but the gap with the level of the worlds leading is still very big and there are many problems need to be solved urgently. At the same time, with the economic restructuring of advanced economies and the rapid development of emerging economies, competition on the global market has become fiercer than ever. Either from the internal or external environment point of view, Chinas manufacturing enterprises are facing severe challenges. In the process of the exploration of the survival and development strategy of Chinas manufacturing enterprises, the lean production theory came into our sight. Lean production theory, originated in the Toyota Production System, after half a century of development and improvement, forming a relatively complete set of application system.
