The Research on the Human Resource Management Countermeasure to Promote the Core Competence of Chinese Manufacturing Enterprises Introduction Alone with the acceleration of economic informatization and globalization, the world competitive environment grows increasingly fierce. After China has joined WTO, the founded enterprises poured into the Chinese market and our national enterprises faced much fiercer competition environment. Manufacturing enterprise is the pillar industry in China’s national economic development, which employs most of the country’s labor forces. And it is also an important resource of national income of China. In 2008, after the outbreak of sub-prime crisis in USA, having been affected by the global economic crisis, the manufacturing enterprises faced many problems, such as decrease in quantity of order, increase in cost of labor force and raw material and smaller and smaller profit space. As a result, many enterprises faced the risk of bankruptcy. How to achieve competitive advantage and remain stable development in the complicated market has increasingly become a public concern of the entrepreneurs and managers. 企业核心竞争力是建立在企业核心资源基础上的企业技术、产品、管理、文化等的综合优势在市场上的反映,是企业在经营过程中形成的不易被竞争对手仿效、并能带来超额利润的独特能力(Hamel,Prahalad,1990)。这部分我没翻译是因为这句话本身就是一个外国人说的,我建议你找找他的原话,如果直接翻译的话肯定是不能和原作者的一样,这样的话老师一看就能看出来是用中文写的再翻译的。 In the fierce competitive environment, only by possessing the core competence can the enterprise hold sustainable competitive advantage and keep their competitiveness prosperous forever. The cultivation of corporation’s core competence should integrate the human, material and financial resources, in which human resource is the most important one. How to make scientific and effective management on the human resource? How to give full play to the employees’ enthusiasm and initiative? How to develop the employees’ innovative consciousness and improve the innovative ability? These issues are all important for Chinese manufacturing enterprises to resolve.
