:本文通过对我国信息服务业发展现状的研究, 针对目前的现实问题和发展问题, 合国
际国内的相关理论和研究成果, 从我国的实际国情出发, 站在战略层面对我国信息服务业的发展
模型展开了研究。借鉴先进国家信息服务业的发展模式, 合我国的实际情况, 总 了我国信息
服务业的发展经验, 创造性地提出了我国信息服务业发展的二段式发展战略模型。
