Quality Agreement 质量协议 In order to ensure the stable quality of the products and continuous improvement, BUYER and SUPPLIER make following Quality Agreement after negotiation based on the Technical Agreement, Specification, and other standards. BUYER and SUPPLIER must comply with this agreement strictly so we can implement the quality work including quality inspection and improvement smoothly. This agreement is one of the annex of purchasing agreement. SUPPLIER is required to maintain and improve an active policy regarding Health, Safety Environmental issues continually. 同时要求供方按ISO14000环境管理体系的要求根据所供应产品涉及的环境因素积极开展环境保护工作。供方应采取积极政策、措施以保证涉及健康、安全和环境保护的因素获得保证并不断改善． 1.2 SUPPLIER must organize, produce and inspect product per the approved Products Specification and other correlative technical documents. SUPPLIER must keep and protect all Specification, Drawing or/and data, Engineering Change Approval, Test Report and other related documents from damaged. Above documents should be kept at least two (2) years after delivery of each Product and will on request provide BUYER with copies thereof.
