浅谈新形势下施工企业思想政治工作的创新 　　摘要：思想政治工作是一切工作的生命线，是加强社会主义物质文明和精神文明建设的基础性工作，无论是革命战争年代还是和平建设时期，思想政治工作都发挥了极其重要的作用。当前，在社会形态急剧变革和社会主义市场经济快速发展条件下，人们的思想观念、道德准则等方面随之呈现多样化趋势，使得人们在得失、利弊、优劣、荣辱、是非等问题的尺度把握上产生迷惘和困惑，思想政治工作的传统工作方式、方法受到了严峻挑战，面对一系列新情况、新问题，思想政治工作必须寻求改革和创新，以适应形势变化的需要，更好地服务于林业企业发展。本文首先分析了思想政治工作对企业发展的重要意义，然后归纳了新形势下施工企业思想政治工作面临的新问题，最后从六大方面详细探讨了新形势下施工企业思想政治工作的创新要点。 　　关键词：施工企业；思想政治工作；创新；队伍；网络 　　Abstract: the ideological and political work is the lifeline of all work, is to strengthen the construction of socialist material civilization and spiritual civilization of the basic work, whether it s revolution and war or peace period of construction, ideological and political work has played an extremely important role. Currently, sharp changes in the social form and under the condition of socialist market economy rapid development, peoples ideology, ethics, etc. Subsequently showed a trend of diversification, makes people, pros and cons, advantages and disadvantages, the gain and loss, right and wrong on the grasp of the scale of the problem such as lost and confused, the traditional work mode, the method of ideological and political work has received the serious challenge, in the face of a series of new situations and new problems that ideological and political work must seek to reform and innovation, to meet the needs of the changing situation, better serve the resourceful enterprise development.
