五年制高等职业学校学生课余时间管理研究 五年制高等职业学校学生课余时间管理研究  中文摘要  中  文  摘  要  本文针对五年制高等职业学校学生课余时间的管理情况展开调查与研究，在问 卷调查的基础上，概括出了学生利用课余时间有如下特点：在类型上以娱乐为主；在 表现上，主体健康，但有主次之分和多元化的特点；在取向上，出现性别和年龄差异 等。分析了当前五年制高职学生课余时间利用中存在的一些问题，如：对课余生活的 认识及评价不正确、对课余生活规划和认识不够、课余时间利用的多时与低效、盲目 与自闭、课余生活脱离社会、不利于技能和经验的提高以及课余时间利用中的心理危 机等。同时，对当前高职学生课余时间利用中产生的学生自我主体意识的缺乏、学生 获取知识技能的信息源激增、学校、家庭、社会教育的共融与碰撞等原因进行了深入 分析，提出开展校园文化活动、加强对五年制高职学生的心理健康的教育与疏导等解 决策略与方法，以此提高学生课余生活质量，从而对学生工作有一定理论研究及指导 意义。本文力求走进学生的生活，深入到学生的内心世界，去调查、探究学生们的需 求，了解他们对学校课余时间安排的一些建议，指导学生科学合理地安排课余时间， 促进身心健康发展，创造一个积极向上的校园文化活动氛围，以此完善学校相关的管 理制度，推进学校教育进程的改革与创新。  关键词：高等职业教育 高职院校  时间管理  作  者 ：张永乐  指导老师 ：阎  力 Research on the Spare Time Management of the five-year Higher Vocational School Student Abstract Based on the spare time management of the five-year higher vocational school student and based on the questionnaire survey, the thesis summarizes the following characteristics on the spare time management of the five-year higher vocational school student: giving first place to the entertainment; the total situations are good but having the characteristics of primary and secondary and varieties; also there are gender and grade difference in the orientation, etc. The thesis analyses some questions in managing the spare time of the five-year higher vocational school student such as: awareness and evaluation is wrong; planning and understanding is not enough; the usage of spare time is long and inefficient、 blind and autism; most students’ spare activities separate from society ,which are not good for the improvement of their skills and experiences. Meanwhile, lack of the self consciousness in the usage of spare time and information resource of getting knowledge and skills, and the family and social education of harmony and collision reasons are further analyzed.
