摘要 题目：多元化企业主营业务与经营绩效 关系的研究  学科名称：  管理科学与工程 硕 士 生： 指导教师： 答辩日期： 黎亮亮 李随成（教授） 2005.3 摘  要 (签名)： (签名)：  国外发达国家企业成长的历史实践表明，多元化是企业实现持续成长的重要方 式，在市场竞争越来越激烈的今天，中国企业如何实施多元化已成为亟待解决的紧 要问题。在影响多元化经营的众多因素中，本文选择从主营业务这一角度来分析中 国企业的多元化问题。在描述多元化企业主营业务的经营状况时，本文定义了主营 业务突出水平这一指标，以反映企业对主营业务的重视程度以及企业资源在主营业 务中投入的集中与分散情况，同时证明主营业务突出水平的最优测度方法为赫芬达 指数法。在对主营业务进行理论分析的基础上，选取 149 家中国上市公司，实证研 究了中国多元化企业主营业务与经营绩效的相关关系，结论显示：主营业务突出水 平与多元化经营绩效不存在简单的线性关系，在我国大多数企业整体实力相对较弱 情况下，企业尤其应该重视主营业务，将资源集中使用在企业的主营业务上，采取 突出主营业务的成长模式能取得更好的绩效，而当企业发展较为成熟，综合实力较 强时，主营业务是否突出就不成为多元化绩效的主要影响因素；主营业务经营绩效 与多元化经营绩效正相关、与多元化风险负相关，主营业务是多元化取得成功的重 要保障，对降低多元化经营风险发挥重要作用，但过高的成长速度却也增加多元化 的风险。 关键字：多元化；主营业务；主营业务突出水平；多元化绩效 I Abstract Subject: Study on the Relationship between Dominant business and performance of Diversified enterprise Specialty: Management Science and Engineering  Writer:  Li Liangliang  Signature:  Instructor: Li Suicheng  Signature:  Date:  2005.3  Abstract The history of enterprise groups in developed countries indicated that diversification was one of the most important ways for groups to grow continuously. In the day of the marketing competition is more and more seriously, how to carry out diversification strategic is an important question for Chinese enterprise groups which must be solved immediately.
