河南科技学院 2009届本科毕业论文（设计） 论文题目：车床用球面切削装置的设计 学生姓名： 姚 林 所在院系： 机电学院 所学专业： 机械设计制造及其自动化 导师姓名： 陈锡渠 完成时间：2009年6月1日 摘 要 球面零件广泛的应用于机械行业以及其他与机械相关的行业，但是球面零件的加工往往被生产厂家视为难题。能够完成球面零件加工的车床普遍价格昂贵，结构复杂，维修困难，这使得生产效率低下。生产厂家普遍采取改装通用车床的方法来加工球面，但受原始设备的条件限制，以及对车床改装的不合理，加工出来的球面在尺寸精度上和表面质量上都达不到要求。 本文对现有的车床用球面切削装置进行分析，总结其优缺点，进而整理出装置的工作原理和可行的技术方案，进行装置的设计以及三维建模等工作。力求让所设计的装置能够达到结构简单、拆装迅速，使用方便、通用性强，能够加工各种规格的球形零件并满足尺寸精度及表面质量的要求，生产成本低并易于制造。 关键词：车床，球面，切削 Cutting Installment for Spherical Surface by lathe Abstract Spherical surface components widespread application in mechanical profession as well as other with machinery related profession, but the spherical surface components processing often regards as a difficult problem by the Manufacturer. Can complete the spherical surface components processing the lathe universal price to be expensive, the structure is complex, the service difficulty, this causes the production efficiency to be low. The Manufacturer adopts the re-equipping general lathes method to process the spherical surface generally, but original equipments condition limit, as well as re-equips to the lathe unreasonable, processes the spherical surface cannot meet the requirements in the size precision and the surface quality. This article carries on the analysis to the existing lathe with the spherical surface cutting installment, summarizes its good and bad points, then reorganizes the installment the principle of work and the feasible technical program, carries on work and so on installment design as well as three dimensional modeling.
