Department of T raining, the Academy of Equipment Command Technology, Beijing 101416, China) Abstract: In order to adapt to the inner or outer environment changes of equipment procurement, and improve work efficiency of military representative and benefits of equipment procurement, the paper intro duces the military representative system of America, analyzes the main problems of military representative system of our army at present and their forming reasons. Referring to the advanced experiences of foreign American army s, the paper also puts forward suggestions about the reform of military representative sys tem, and offers reference at a certain extent for our military representative work.
