: 目的 观察肝素钠对成人骨髓基质细胞增殖及成骨转化的影响方法 从成人来源的骨髓基质细胞在
含不 浓度肝素钠的 1640 培养液中培养4872 小时, MTT 比色法观察肝素钠对其增殖的影响; 采用碱性磷酸酶细
胞化学染色, 计数成骨细胞转化率结果 肝素钠在 60150 U/ ml 时, 光吸收值明显高于对照组( P 001) , 其余
浓度组无明显差异; 对成骨转化率无影响结论 肝素钠在 一定浓度范围内对骨髓基质细胞增殖及成骨转化无抑
