《中外医学研究》第 10 卷 第 30 期（总第 182 期）2012 年 10月　　综合医学 Zongheyixue 农村初级卫生保健的探讨 　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　伍树明① 【摘要】　目的： 方法： 　　 探讨进一步做好巩固好农村初级卫生保健的办法。 以垫江县 2008-2011 年现行初级卫生保健工作情况为材料，用文献查阅、 结果 ： 现场询问等观察性流行病学进行分析。 本文通过对农业人口占 75% 的垫江县现阶段初级卫生保健现状分析，找到了现阶段农村初级卫生保健 结论： 存在的主要问题。 建立健全初级卫生保健组织机构，需政府领导，各部门密切配合，加大投入，不定期考核，并切实狠抓健康教育、改水改厕、 建设村卫生站、推广新型农村合作医疗，才能达到更好地加强农村初级卫生保健，让广大农民享有平等的初级卫生保健服务的目的。 【关键词】　 　　 农村 ；　初级卫生保健 ；　体系 ；　措施 　　 中图分类号　R127 文献标识码　B 文章编号　1674-6805(2012)30-0149-02 　　Explore the Rural Primary Health Care/ WU Shu-ming.//Chinese and Foreign Medical Research，2012，10(30) ：149-150 　　【Abstract】　Objective To discuss further improve the consolidation of the rural primary health care approach.： Methods ：Dianjiang county from 2008 to 2011 the existing primary health care for the material，literature review， site inquiry and observational epidemiological analysis.Results ：Analysis of the agricultural population accounts for 75% of Dianjiang county at this stage of primary health care status quo， and found the main problems at this stage of rural primary health care.Conclusion ：Establish and improve primary health care organizations，need the leadership of the government departments in close coordination，increase investment，unscheduled assessment，and pay close attention to the health education effectively change the drinking water and lavatories， construction of village health stations，to promote the new rural cooperative medical care in order to achievebetter the purpose of strengthening primary health care in rural areas，the majority of farmers have equal access to primary health care services. 　　【Key words】　Countryside ；　Primary health care ；　System ；　Measures ’ 　　First-author s address ：Dianjiang County Center for Disease Contr
