论 著 中外健康文摘 2012年5月第9卷第22期 World Health Digest Medical Periodieal 湖南株洲等6地区乡镇卫生院医生从业环境现况分析 郭铭伟 梁维君 (湖南师范大学 410012) 【中图分类号】R192.3【文献标识码】A【文章编号】1672-5085(2012）22-0038-02 摘要 【 】 目的 研究湖南地区乡镇卫生院医生的从业环境现况，探讨其影响因素并提出改善建议。方法 采用自制的调查表以及非结 构性访谈的调查方法随机抽取湖南株洲等6个地区部分乡镇卫生院医生进行整群抽样调查，探讨其从业环境影响因素。结果 1.设所调查 的卫生院在职医生学历以大专和中专为主，其中大专构成比为66.5%。2.有48.5%的乡镇卫生院病床数为6—25张，有41.2%认为急需 彩超，有37.6%的乡镇卫生院认为急需CT；有26.9%尚无B超，有22.7%尚无生化分析仪。3.调查中只有26.1%的医生认为医生是理想 职业，78.6%的医生不再支持自己的子女从事医护行业。结论 湖南乡镇卫生院在职医生从业环境有所改善，但仍存在不少硬件配置问 题，且医生的职业认同感不强，需要政府和社会加强对乡镇卫生院的支持力度，加强医生激励措施。 关键词 【 】乡镇卫生院医生 从业环境 现况分析 The status analysis of the town doctors working environment in Hunan Zhuzhou six regions 【Abstract】Objective This research is about rural hospitals doctors working environment,and this paper discusses the status and gives suggestion for improving the influence factors.[Method] The self-made questionnaire and the structural interviews of random survey are about the problem of doctors current employment environmental analysis in six parts of the township clinics in zhuzhou.[Results] 1.According to a investigation ,we can konw on-the-job doctors in clinics mainly graduated from college and technical secondary school ,the percentage of college is 66.5%.2There are 48.5%of rural hospitals whose beds number is among 6 to 25,41.2%of rural hospitals think they need color ultrason eagerly,37.6%of rural hospitals need CT; and 26.9%of rural hospitals with no B ultrason ,also there is 22.7%of rural hospitals with no biochemical analyzer now.3From the investigation ,we can learn that just 26.1%of doctors think doctor is a ideal job ,and 78.6%of doctors dont encourage their children to engage in medical industry.[Conclusion] Although the working environment of doctors who are on the job in hunan rural hospitals has been improved,there are sti
