2010 年湖南省研究生创新论坛信息与控制工程的新理论和新技术分论坛论文集 用于电动汽车的双向交错式 DC/DC 变换器设计  封焯文,粟 梅 (中南大学,湖南 长沙 410083) 摘 要:针对燃料电池动态响应上的不足和燃料电池电动汽车对低压大电流 DC/DC 变换器的特性需 求,本文选择了一种双向交错并联 DC/DC 变换器拓扑,使用交错技术能够以较低的开关频率实现高 频输出电压波动,具有纹波互消、相间分流等优点。分析了双向交错并联 DC/DC变换器的电流纹波 和电压纹波,阐述了关键元件的参数和控制器的设计,研制了 500W 双向交错并联 DC/DC 变换器样 机,实验结果表明系统具有良好的静动态性能和较高的功率密度。 关键词:电动汽车;低压大电流;双向交错并联型变换器 Design of an Bidirectional interleaved DC/DC Converter for  Electric Vehicle Applications  FENG Zhuo-wen, SU Mei (Central South University, Changsha 410083, China) Abstract: Fuel cell is known as a application with slow dynamic response. In order to meet the requirements of DC/DC converter system based on fuel cell in electric vehicle. In this paper, a topology for bidirectional interleaved DC/DC converter is discussed. The interleaving technique has several advantages such as the high frequency output voltage ripple with lower switching frequency, ripple cancellation, current division between the phases. Giving the analysis of the ripple current and ripple voltage of the bidirectional interleaved DC/DC converter. In addition, key parameter of the structure and the controller design of the bidirectional DC/DC converter is discussed. Finally, the experiment results on a 500W bidirectional interleaved DC/DC converter are given to verify the theoretical analysis. The converter shows a high efficiency in the static and dynamic performance and high power density.
