医用臭氧对膝骨关节炎兔关节灌洗液SOD、MDA含量的影响_临床医学论文 医用臭氧对膝骨关节炎兔关节灌洗液SOD、MDA含量的影响_临床医学论文 【摘要】 目的： 探讨医用臭氧对膝关节炎兔关节灌洗液超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)含量的影响。方法： 30只新西兰大白兔随机分为3组：正常对照组(N)、模型对照组(M)、臭氧治疗组(O)，每组10只。M、O组分别于造模第1、4天经右膝关节腔内注射1.6% papain溶液0.3 ml制备骨性关节炎(OA)模型。造模成功后第3、5天向O组动物右膝关节腔内注射20 μg/ml的医用臭氧3 ml。末次注射1周后自右膝关节抽取关节灌洗液测定SOD、MDA的含量。结果： 与N组相比，M组关节灌洗液中SOD的含量降低，MDA的含量升高;与M组相比，O组关节灌洗液中SOD的含量升高，MDA的含量降低。差异均有统计学意义(0.05)。结论： 关节腔内注射20 μg/ml的医用臭氧治疗兔膝骨关节炎的机制可能与增强机体清除自由基的能力有关。 【关键词】 臭氧; 骨关节炎; 超氧化物歧化酶; 丙二醛 　　[Abstract] Objective: To observe the effect of medical ozone on superoxide dismutase (SOD) and malondialdehyde (MDA) in the douche fluid of osteoarthritic knee joint in rabbits. Method: Thirty adult NewZealand white rabbits were randomly divided into three group: group normal(N)、group model(M)、group ozone (O),each group had ten rabbits. OA modle was produced by injecting 0.3 ml of 1.6% papain solusion into the right knee joint space twice three days apart. 3ml of O3 20 μg/ml was injected into the right knee joint in group ozone on the 3rd and 5th day after OA modal was established successfully. One week later the last injection, douche fluid of the diseased joints were obtained for the measurements of superoxide dismutase(SOD)and malondialdehyde(MDA). Result: Compared with N group , in M group the activities of SOD in douche fluid of the diseased joints were decreased significantly , the contents of MDA were increased significantly . Compared with M group ,in O group the activities of SOD in douche fluid of the diseased joints were increased significantly, the contents of MDA were decreased significantly. The difference among the groups were statistically significant (0.05).
