It is believed that judging from the nationwide situa2 tion, there exists the problem that thetraining mode of social sports talents is incompati2 ble with the social needs and the direction of the training is not wel2l oriented. Therefore, it is suggested that the training mode should be directed by the social demands of the sports career and the employment market and positioned scientifically according to the market demand and different school types; in combination with a complete credit system, the school curriculum design should be of multiple2 level system,the curriculum contents and schedules should be adjusted,students. enthusiasm for their major and the approach of rigorous learning should be encouraged, and a mult2i system of scientific evaluation should be established from the aspects of enhancing students. learning and employment confidence,so as to improve the orientation and effectiveness of the training mode for the talents in social sports m
