In doing this, there still exist some problems such as the ambiguous understanding of the connotation of theory and practice integrated teaching team, taking the professional training as a mere formality and the exercise of teachers going to practice in enterprises being at the superficial stage. As the second group of model colleges, Wenzhou Vocational Technical college has taken measures in perfecting the rules and regula- tions, making plans in letting more professional teachers go to practice in enterprises, strengthening the practical teaching, introducing more skilled personnel of enterprises and so on.
