20 10 7 10 7 M odern H osp ita Ju 20 10 V o 10 N o 7 52 万忠和 蓉 容 班 奕 SPON TANEOU S PNEUM OTHORAX IN NEAR - TERM AND TERM NEONA TES AFTER SE LECTIVE CAE SAREAN SECT ION WAN Zhongh e, RON G R ong, BAN Yi 探讨新生儿自发性气胸与分娩方式的关系 回顾性调查我院 2000 1月 ~ 20 10 3 月出生的近足月及足月新生儿52 390例, 其中剖宫产2 1 256例, (选择性剖宫产10 276例, 应激性剖宫 产或胎膜早破 10 980例) , 阴式分娩31 134例37例足月儿及近足月儿新生儿发生自发性气胸无胎儿宫内 急性应激情况的选择性剖宫产24例为 A 组; 有胎儿宫内急性应激或胎膜早破( 10例) 及自然分娩( 3例) 的 13 例为 B 组对 2 组患儿的临床表现及治疗方法进行比较 选择性剖宫产新生儿自发性气胸显著高于 应激性剖宫产, 应激性剖宫产显著高于自然分娩选择性剖宫产患儿与非选择性剖宫产临床表现及治疗方法 无差异 足月儿及近足月儿新生儿自发性气胸与分娩方式有关, 选择性剖宫产应严格掌握适应症 足月儿 新生儿自发性气胸 选择性剖宫产 Ab stract To investigate the re ationsh ip be wt een spontaneou s pneum otho rax ( SP ) in near - te rm and term neonates and d ifference de ivery.
