摘 要 随着建筑法律法规的不断完善，工程项目管理越来越受到人们的重视，究其原因是确保工程顺利实施的条件，而质量、成本和进度是其中最重要的管理要点。 本次设计以邛崃市芳邻阳光小区A-3#楼工程为例，在已有施工图纸的情况下，运用大学四年所学的专业知识，结合实际的工程特点，对本项目进行施工组织设计。主要包括施工总体部署、资源配备管理、各分项分部工程的主要施工方法、工程进度进度计划措施、质量管理，安全文明生产施工措施，并对施工管理中的重点，质量管理、成本管理和进度管理进行了更详细的规划，针对其常见问题和重点问题提出了解决办法，建立相应的管理机构，以保证计划得以很好的实现。 关键词：工程项目管理；质量管理；成本管理；进度管理 abstract With the continuous improvement of the construction laws and regulations, engineering project management more and more attention by people, and the strong applicability and scientific, pertinence, is to ensure the smooth completion of the project conditions, and quality, cost and schedule is one of the most important points of the management.
